What possesses someone to.......

Camp me for 8 hours...

I ask this because today I logged on my 3s and was questing when around 1pm I get attacked by a 70 hunter whilst attacking mobs, I naturally kill him and go on. About 10 minutes later whilst 75% dead from mobs he attacks me and kills me. No big deal this happens alot, tried to rez but the 70 hunter was camping me. Half dozen more rez attempts and more camping I decide to log off and go out.

Came back an hour later logged in, rez and he was still there waiting, killed me again.Righteo I thought, another 4 attempts at rezzing I logged out and went and did the washing =[ Came back about 2 hours later, rezzed and he was still there. I thought you gotta be kidding me wtf Logged out yet again and went and watched TV. Came back hour later and he was still there so I decided to see how long he would be waiting and decided to log in every hour and see.
It is now 9pm here and he still there. Its not like hes AFK'ing because everytime I rez he comes out of hiding amd kills me.
I know PVP happens on a PVP server but.....WTF possesses someone to do that? There's no bot that allows someone to do this is there?

1) Face your characters in the opposite direction.
2) Resurrect.
3) Press the autorun button (so that your characters start running away from each other)
4) Repeat until both characters are far away from each other and possibly hide behind something while the warrior attacks 1 of them.
5) Resurrect and use hearthstone.
6) Invite a warlock to your group, resurrect and summon. Or go to a summoning stone and summon yourself. Of course this only works when the warrior doesn't kill you within 10 seconds or so :P Try to crowd-control him as long as possible when this is the case.

Problem is lvl 70 + multishot + low level = 1 shotted. If im lucky enough to survive the one. His pet or him finish me off in 2-3 seconds I tried fearing him etc etc but he resisted everytime

It's possible you ran into a botter who has their bot set up for PvP functions. Certain bots like Glider and PocketGnome can detect and attack other players if set up right, but the odds of the bot being in your rez spot everytime you logged in would be pretty slim unless that botter was running a profile that didn't stray from the area he found you at. Odds are you just ran into a some tool with nothing to do till WotLK hits.

Ken's tactic won't prevent him from killing you, but it will prevent him from camping you. He will only be able to kill you the first couple of tries. After three to four attempts, your characters will be so far apart that he can't camp all of them at the same time. He'll either have to run from corps to corps or camp one of your corpses. If he tries try running between the corpses, just ress the chars that he isn't at and heartstone. If he tries to camp one specific character, either group your other chars and kill him again or use the grave yard to ress that one char. Although a grave yard ress will give that char ress sickness, your other chars should have enough dps left to continue playing.

It takes a bit of practice, but mastering this tactic will allow you to escape almost any corps camp.

KvdM actually tought me that tactic :)
We have succesfully used it back when we were level 30 or so. At a certain point, 2 level 70s were corpse camping his 1 shaman while the other 4 were roaming around looking for alliance. That was awesome.

Ok get someone around your level or maybe an alt around your level to queue you to a bg. This way you get rezed as soon as you join the battle. You get away from the person so they can't camp you any more.
