I don't bother doing the Ring of Blood til I'm 70. At that point, it's not too hard.

I tried to do it early too, also with a prot pally, and had a tough time of it. The champion was the first brick wall, at around 65 or whatever the level is when you get the quest (64? 66?). I came back a level later and downed him, but then Mogor sprang up to start the embarassment anew. I eventually got frustrated and swapped my pally out for my 70 warrior, and cleared it so my dps at least could get their staves. I didn't come back to finish it for the pally 'til my team was 70 and in crafted epics. Noooo problem then.
I'd recommend going ahead and asking for help, as you may not crack this one yourself until the rewards don't matter as much. I too know the disappointment of not being able to finish a quest solo, that is the whole point after all, but some are just out of reach at the appropriate level.
MY MINIONS on Lightbringer US: Osaar (80 BE Paladin) - Esaar, Isaar, and Usaar (80 BE Warlocks) - Harmsworth (80 UD Priest)
When I get my locks to Nagrand (currently level 62) I'm going to try and time it to get 5 elite felguards at once and go take down Durn the Hungerer.Originally Posted by 'Ughmahedhurtz',index.php?page=Thread&postID=14586 9#post145869

Actually you don't even have to tag the mob.
As long as you start the event, someone else can tag it and receive loot rights for their party/group.
When it dies, its yours as far as quest completion goes.
See if you can dps or heal for another group and have them tank for your team.
You can provide a lot of whatever they're missing, and not having to focus on all of dps/heals/tanking at once, makes it a lot easier on you.
