Video effects issue

So I have a 5 box setup on one machine however I am running into some interesting issues with the graphics on one instance dupping into the others.

What I have is this.

all 5 instances of wow are at 800x600 with the graphics totally dumbed down.

What I want is this.

I would like to have my main region be super high graphics while the rest of the regions are dumbed down. However if I switch characters from region to region my main region still is all pretty while the rest of the regions are ugly.

What happens when I change the main region is the rest all change with it. Also sometimes the settings do not save.

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Are you running wow from one folder? If you are the changes to the gfx setting will save as the last wow instance you exit. So if you exit on your main last the high settings will be saved on all the instances, and vice versa.

You could just make an macro to change to gfx settings when you change the main.
