i did notice a couple of things in your talents that will help you,

you have 3 points in lava flows. which right now only gives you 5 yards distance to your flame strike which is not a very good shock right now, earth and frost are better. you learn lava burst at 75, so this talent is useless to you right now. but at 75 it will be OP, because lava burst cast on top of flame strike is an automatic crit. and at that level it will be a crit around 5k+.

you also don't have elemental oath and totem of wrath. both should be MANDATORY PICKS FOR ELEMENTALS. THESE ARE TWO OF YOUR BEST TALENTS AND YOU DON'T HAVE THEM. totem of wrath increases your damage by 100 and +3% crit chance. with 5 elemental toons in the same party (that 20 totems in total)

with 5 toons, elemental oath should be up all the time, adding more +5% crit chance. both of these are huge increases to dps and your burst damage will go up.
make these changes and you will notice a big difference in your dps. remember the more damage you do the faster they die.


also I would add major glyph of chain lightning and chain healing if you haven't already.

(p.s.) just realized you might have totem of wrath on one or two of your slaves, if this is the case forget that part. put please change the lava flow, i noticed some other ppl in your guild made the same mistake for some reason.

the "pikey" is from snatch.

and totem of wrath doesn't stack, but one or two toons in your 5 man should have it. i would think your main, so if you go solo you have it.

none of ellays toons have lava flow, his main has totem of wrath and no elemental oath, and the rest have elemental oath wihout totem of wrath.

which makes total sense. my main suggestion to the original poster was he was wasting 3 talents points on lava flows, when it is a useless talent until you get to lvl75, then it will be an OP talent. use those talent points and get elemental oath and totem of wrath. they will increase his spell damage by 100 for each toon and give him +8% crit chance. resulting in a huge increase in damage.

also noticed you don't have any enchants on any off your gear. or wait a week and go to northrend and get all new gear.
