On a new server, where everyone starts at level 1, therefore without higher level toons boosting, no RAF, or gold to assist with spells/bags etc..

I'm not sure if anyone has beat Kopp's speed as alliance.
Joana/Mancow is probably the fastest horde leveler, and I believe a little faster then Kopp.
Somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 days /played, to 70th.
