Keyclone still expired...

Hello,

What is the normal turn around time to get KeyClone activated? After I paid via Paypal, it said it should be almost instant. So I tried several minutes later and clicked "re-check" button and nothing. I wasn't too worried at the time, but it's 30 minutes later and nothing.

Not sure if it said it would charge me instantly, yet take a lot longer to activate me =P

So, is this normal?
