2 char boxing?

Ive just purchased keyclone and have a BASIC understanding of how the whole procedure goes.

BUT... I cant seem to get my character to play as flush as some of the videos ive seen. How do you get your characters to go into a formation (main in front, others behind in a line) ive seen this alot. also.. i want to box 2 new warlocks, anyone have any tips on how to start?
