Healing tanks with 4 box?

hiya guys, i am using a leaderless,focus setup....i have trouble healing a tank..when running an instance...this is my heal macro...


/cast [target=focustarget,help,nomod][target=focus,nomod] Lesser Healing Wave
/cast [target=player,mod:alt] Lesser Healing Wave
/cast [target=focustarget,help,mod:shift][target=srussc,mod:shift] Chain Heal

Casting healing wave only does the focus or i use alt..to heal toon individually, so i am wondering best way to heal a tank, when using 1, in an instance..Chain Heal? would really like to be able to heal like this person does in the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz3HaGzIg34


any suggestions, tips, or comments are all welcomed...

Just use chain heal. It's your most mana efficient and effective spell.
Resto Shaman in raid = 90% chainheal

Also, keep earthshield on tank.
