Default Targeted Healing Items: Powerful for Multiboxers anymore?

This is my first post so brief intro: Been multiboxing a while. Did the EQ thing, had 8 chars on DAoC, 6 EvE ships, etc. I multiboxed WoW on Detheroc w/ 4 hunters a couple years ago, took a break when they nerfed macros. Been back for a month or two and have some nice groups of 5 on Blood Furnace (Retaliation BG's). Been lurking a while now and learned some cool stuff.

When I played the major recombobulator was my best friend. They must have nerfed this item because I remember it doing a lot more than 375 healing and being able to basically lay on hands one of my hunters. Could also immediately swap out another trinket during combat, but hey a lot has changed. Targeted item healing has the potential to really benefit multiboxers but are there any out worth their salt anymore?

Nice to meet you all, I would love to play on Mag but I have to follow my ping... and if you live in the southeast that actually means you gotta play on the Boston servers =/ Atlanta cluster please Blizzard!

    Default Vial of the Sunwell

I like Vial of the Sunwell http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34471 - I use it on my priest and it's about as good as a health stone at level 70. The only issue is it is charged by healing spells. So before a big boss fight you could, in theory, cast 20 min level healing spells on all of your toons, drink up and then go to the fight. 5x instant healthstones on your main could bring it back from the brink. My only concern is that there are so many other trinkets at raiding level that are more suited for increasing stats that isn't worth taking up a trinket slot for this idea.

That's definitely an interesting item. I'm more interested in using healing items on non-healing classes... but I wonder if a hunter's mend pet would charge that?

Just looked it up - apparently mend pet does work with it which would make it ideal for my current 5x hunter group. I'm a former 5x Ret pally though so whenever I see something this cool I immediatly fear the nerf

the pvp trinket that heals your toon for like 1200 is very nice... only a 2 min cooldown also. Forget the name of it... but its an epic trinkey that also adds resiliance.

The issue you're talking about is why people appreciate shamans so much - quick and easy group healing in emergency situations no matter what spec they are.
