Keyclone in Australia

hey im pretty new to the entire multiboxing scene, and just earlier i tryed to purchase Keyclone but when i try and pay with pay-pal it says the credit card im using dont work, now ive used it before to purchase stuff but my mah says its cause im trying to buy something american,

what can be done ?

definite weirdness. i have seen people from .au get a license before, so i don't think it has anything to do with your country. (actually, i have seen germany, china, italy, brazil and even Christmas island... it's very cool)

outside of the US, i would say Germany has the most interest in keyclone.

china is way, way down the list.
