i have no idea, as i picked all the latest top-of-the-line hardware.
your fps will depend on the details you choose, maxfps/maxfpsbk settings, video resolution, and the number of wows you want to run on it.

i would imagine you should be able to get 30/42 fps. 50/50 fps might be pushing it, but you'd have to try it to find out.

edit:
i called Fry's in Anahiem, CA (714-688-3000)
service department will assemble computers.. $169.00 w/ os installed ($129 boots to bios)
takes about 2-5 days
30 day warranty from the time you pick it up

** you do not have to buy the parts in their store... just bring them the parts and they will assemble and test it
You went through quite a bit of work for me, Thanks. So that's all the top of the line stuff out there? Nothing better? I was assuming I could make a computer that could obtain atleast 60 fps in Shat on a high pop server, hmm.
