Default How to get the most out of RAF leveling with 2 accounts

I was thinking about it today and i'm pretty sure that if you are willing to pay a little extra money, you can get the character level grants for both of your accounts (In just a 2 account set up). It requires 3 account to do it but in the end you would be able to grant levels to both of your accounts I think.

So you recruit your second account with your first account, then you recruit a third account from your second account (obvious). Then you go about your normal RAF leveling strat for your 3 months on your accounts, 3 boxing. My plan was to get as many classes to 60 within 3 months as i can. This way i can get 2 of every class to 60. SO i woudl dual box on accounts maybe 4 level 60s, at a max of about 2 days /played each that isn't too bad. Your 3rd account characters are just going to end up being dummys which can easily be added to a 2 boxing set up to help you level. Then you level 2 level 30s on your accounts, and 2 level 15.

So now you can grant the 30s on my main accounts to 60, with the 30s i can grant my 15s to 30 then to 60 with my 60s. That right there gives you 2 of 8/9 classes in the game.

Kinda useless in the end but if you are just dual boxing. It only costs an extra 20-50 dollars, depending on how fast you can do it, it doubles the amount of level 60s you get in the same amount of time. Keep the 3rd account for whatever needs you have, sell it, give it away, whatever.

I have 6 total of accounts that I play on. I RAF'd with only two of them. I Used my lowest pop account to refer a new account (#6). I used my pally on a 3rd account to boost along with a combination of questing, I got a number of groups to 60 and a number of groups to 31.99. On the new account I would transfer the 31.99 to the vet account and grant them to 60.99 (after I granted their levels).

I had to make a spreadsheet to track everything and keep it straight. If you want to end up with only 2 accounts what I did might be a little more expensive then your plan.

Since I wanted a bunch of 4 man teams and a couple of odd balls I ended up doing about 6 transfers and have 4xShaman, 4xhunter, 4xdruid, warlockx3/priestx1, 2x mages, a warrior as well as my level 70 pally and my old raiding rogue. Of course now that I have 18 60s (1 druid was already 70) I am not sure how I want to play them and am honestly a little burnt out on WoW right now, for what it is worth.

For me the whole RAF thing was what started me on Dual boxing. The way I'm doing it is:

    Account 1 Account 2
    70 Warrior
    25 Hunter
    Shaman Shaman
    Pally Mage
    Lock Priest
    Druid Rogue

I've already got that shaman team at 60 and I'm going to take the Pally/Mage and Lock/Priest combo's there as well. Then I'll take the Druid/Rogue to 30. That will let me take 5 levels from the rogue, give it to my hunter and the 30 levels from my shaman to the hunter as well, takes him to 60.

Following that I'll transfer the rogue to Account 1 and use levels from my mage to boost him to 60 and levels from the priest to boost the druid to 60.

When all is said and done I'll have at least 1 60 in each class.

Originally it was my plan to then transfer it all to account 1 and stop multi boxing but I have to say that I'm really enjoying the dual boxing and may well continue with it. . . guess time will tell.

BTW, Hi everybody! I'm on alliance side on the Baelgun (US) server so drop me a line if you're ever there.
