Im not so sure about that, 4 sec is a very long time in pvp. But maybe the radius is to great for them to escape. I noticed one more thing.

When targets are stunned by the fire novas they wont get knockback by Thunderstorm.
They won't move an inche when they're stunned, doesn't matter how they got stunned.


And that change is imba We finally got it.
