another thing that suks if his sights down we caint use a program we payed for so we didnt really buy keyclone we just renting it as long as his page stays up.he should maybe change the way keyclone needs to log to his page to work .

I would like a fax number for those times I may need to reach you when: I don't have an ISP connection, a telephone line, a cell phone but I have my magic fax that doesn't need a phone line and I DESPERATELY need you to update my keyclone info.

Have you considered perhaps just giving a three day trial or something before you have to put in the key? I know I would find that useful if I had to switch computers or something on my computer changed and I needed a new ID. A bit of a buffer to give both of us some time to exchange information.

Anyway just a thought (which is probably something you have heard many times before :P)

This wouldn't be a bad idea, but how fast he normally is about responding to stuff I don't think its necessary. The couple of times I've PM'd him he was back to me with an answer really, really fast.
