Do you stop getting rested xp when you hit 70? If this is the case it might be smart to just park the toons in a city/inn for 9 days and try to acrue as much rested xp as possible. It is either do this or farm gold by doing dailies.`
You do not accrue rest if you are at the current maximum level.
