Keyclone will not accept mouse input

I just purchased and installed keyclone. I am running Vista64. When I start the program (as Admin), it does not accept any key clicks. When the tip pops up, clicking "Close" does nothing. I click the window's X button and then can go into the program. As I try to set it up, it seems to not recognize mouse clicks in most areas.

Any ideas?

Problem solved. For some reason it got in a strange mode and a reboot helped.
