    Default Macros for Druid/Warrior combo?

I'm currently dual-boxing a 33 Druid/Warrior combo (Resto/Arms, respectively). I currently do not use any keycloners or what-have-you. I just switch between the WoW windows to cast whatever it is I need to. This has started to prove a little more tedious than before.

So, I'm thinking of operating with a keycloner and some macros. I would need some help setting up keycloner, and obviously some help with the macros. I don't exactly understand how a macro would make this more viable. For instance, the Warrior doesn't need healed at the same time that he's using one of his aggro abilities.

    Thank you, in advance.

first off, if you let us know what system you are running from e.g. xp or mac ect we can suggest programs for you to take a look at to help with the multi accounting and make that tedious screen swapping a thing of the past.

secondly what use are macros? well if you want to just use the healer slave as a pure healer for the 1 char then not much use (apart from /assist and /follow ect) but if you want to increase its use to DPSing as well then things get complicated (and way more fun as well[take for example how funny it is to watch mobs the same level as you being 1 shotted]). you can set up macros to target the main char and either target him and heal him or target his target and deal damage to him ( a feat that is fairly difficult without the use of macros). for example you can set up /target <mains name> then on another macro /target=targettarget this allows you to differentiate between healing spells or DPS spells. for example you could asign /target <mains name> to ctrl + 1 (you are now targetting the warrioir) and press the macro /castrandom renew, shadow wordain and it will either use renew to heal the warrior or dps him (wont do that dont worry the game wont let him) or if you then press /target=targettarget (you are now targeting the same target as warrior is) and press /castrandom renew, shadow wordain the same as before you will either heal the mob (if its freindly) or dps him (if its enemy) so in 3 macros you can DOT an enemy or HOT a freind without swapping screens from the warrior.

sorry for wall of text crit there! hope that helps you a bit and you can see why macros are so useful when it comes to enjoyment of multiboxing. ofc the setting up is what takes the time but it is all soo worth it later.

edit1* oops didnt see you was druid not priest ignore the spells just replace with a druid HOT and DOT ect.

Okay then... I see how the use of dual-purpose macros would work. Just need to figure some good ones out for the combo.

Seeing as how my Druid is Resto, should I respec it to Balance to allow for more DPS? I found that, as balance, she goes oom too quickly to be able to heal in a dire situation.

    Thanks again!
