as long as you are plugged into the matrix, you can call your operator and get the download for whatever you are looking for, that's how i downloaded driving and dual-boxing the first time around.

Tonight I am going to download Sabotage espionage and camouflage, break into an air force base and take an F22, then when I am sitting in the cockpit ill download some leet flying skillz take off and just fly around.
