It's "possible" to box pretty much as many classes as you're willing to put the time into learning to manage.

There's a quickly dimishing return as you add melee to the mix, but all types of ranged DPS can be forced to synergise, one way or another!

One of my teams (currently spread between level 61-64 due to occasional solo play with them) is: 1xTankadin, 1xHoly Priest, 1xMM Hunter, 1xFrost Mage and 1xFire Mage.

I play the tankadin "hands on", use an XKeys pro for the Priest, and castsequences for the mages + hunter bound to the same keys.

It works amazingly well.

In fact, my newest team is Feral Druid, Balance Druid(!), 2 x Elemental Shammies and Holy Priest. It's early days yet, but it's a real blast. I have to force myself to stop once they're out of rested bonus and get on with "finishing" (if there is such a concept!) my higher level teams.

1x paladin, 4x priest group and plan to try out heroics at some point. Its a long way off, but I'm going to give it a try when i get there, I'll let you know how it goes
I'm really tempted by this setup too. Holy nukers ftw (or something...)

Not just yet though. As things stand now, I think I'll have all my current teams at 70 and enough characters sufficiently well equipped to start looking at Heroics just as the next "start all over again" expansion hits
