For 3 boxing its overkill :P

if yer gonna get vista I would suggest getting vista64 and 8 gigs of ram
If yer running XP it'll work just fine

Yer graphics card choice will have minimal impact on wow performance.

Cant tell if that comes with a cpu heatsink or not

8GB is great. But you do need a 64-bit OS for much over 3GB. XP or Vista as you prefer. Each has issues so...mostly preference. A cheap (~$100) SSD for the data files could be fun since you have a Q6600 and a lot of RAM already.

Really, I can run 3 sessions pretty much fine on an overclocked dual core with 4GB. But Q6600s are cheap, and if you have flexibility (and everything else is already good) the SSD is nice for high-access areas (cities, battlegrounds).

I wouldn't say is overkill, perhaps more then enough. I would suggest go with your current setup choice. Really recommend the windows 64 bit choice (and yes vista is fine). The 8GB as some suggest is overkill for 3 accounts.

See, if you ever decide to go with five accounts, you'll have a system that will support it. You can always add more RAM at a later time, if needed. A CPU or a graphics card you would have to replace ;-)

I dont know why everyone goes Intel when AMD is always more bang for the buck ...
