New Patch Resolution Setting Problems

Since the new patch came out, my computer will not remember the resolution settings for the game (my monitor is 1680x1050, but I like to play at 1440x900). I have to reset the resolution each time I run a wow client. I sometimes have this problem when I turn-on the computer as well so I suspect this may be a larger problem. Any thoughts?

FYI - my vid card in the NVidia GeForce 8800GT

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
