A better way to make money if this still works is making mongoose enchants to sell on AH ( if you have the enchant )

Please explain how this is possible.

Scribes (Inscription) can make scrolls that enchanters can place an enchant on. This scroll can then be used to place the enchant on an item. The scroll can be sold on the AH.
