Well, it is probably not the most efficient way, but I didn't do a totem macro for my five Shamans. I just have 4 keys I press in sequence that drop a totem on each Shaman. For a given key, the totem can be the same or different one on each Shaman.

I find this approach to give me much more flexibility as I can drop totem 1 and totem 4 only, or re-drop totem 3 only on a long fight, etc... Also, I can occasionally re-setup my totems just by dragging them from the spell book, without messing around with macros.

This does use 4 buttons instead of one, though, but this doesn't bother me (using a N52, so I basically don't lack keys).
I use a totem bar addon for the purpose of dropping different combinations...
    Which addon do you use?

    You could easily go...

    /cast [mod:alt] Totemic Recall
    /stopmacro [mod:alt]
/castsequence reset=8 Totem, Totem, Totem, Totem

You can make that macro all one line (As Robtest wrote above)

    PVE:

/castsequence [nomodifier:shift] reset=3 grounding totem, mana spring totem, flametongue totem, stoneskin totem; totemic call
When no modifier is press, the blue portion of the macro is active but, when the modifier Shift is added, the orange portion of the macro is active

Sorry to be such a noob, I just started dual boxing along with it came the shaman class for me for the first time.
I run a rogue and shaman
    The macro
/castsequence [nomodifier:shift] reset=3 grounding totem, mana spring totem, flametongue totem, stoneskin totem; totemic call
Can I do it without the shift modifier and drop totemic call? and add the strength?
What will happen when I press it?
    Say mine is
/castsequence reset=3 flametongue totem, stoneskin totem, strength totem
Will it lay all three down or will I need to hit it 3 times? Also the shaman will have 3 totems out?
    Thanks in advance
I'm just trying to macro a buff totem and a dps totem (flame/str) along with any others thats possible to set out, with one macro.
