I'll explain my setup, then the issue I'm having. My current system
runs 2 8800 GTXs in non-SLI (almost always). I'm running 3 30" Dell
3007WFPs. Initially I multiboxed (5x Shaman) on 1 monitor only in a
3x2 configuration. Whenever I tried to put 4 of the clients on monitor
2 or 3, my performance would drop to abysmal levels. So I plodded
along until I got irritated enough to look into it deeper. Eventually
I found the beauty of Horizontal Span...hurray! Problem goes away
completely and I'm able to run one at 2560x1600 and the other 4 at
1280x800 without any noticeable performance problems (30 FPS) on all
slaves, 50 on main. Certainly times when it hiccups in Shatt or
whatever, but it's very playable. I digress...

However, whenever I put clients on Monitor 3 (if I'm attempting to 6+
box), performance degrades tremendously (as it did pre Horizontal
Span). I'm wondering if there's any solid solution to this problem. I
feel like my machine is certainly capable of running the additional
client. If I rearrange the clients on my monitor "2" to add another,
it works fine. I have the idea to try the TripleHead Solution with or
w/out SoftTH but I haven't actually tried it yet. I'm curious if
anyone's had reasonable results with a similar setup.

Cliff's Notes: I'm fine if I add 10 clients outputting to Monitor 1
and Monitor 2 (powered off the same video card) but if I add clients to
Monitor 3 (powered off a separate video card) performance degrades to
unplayable.

Thanks for any insight.
