After reaching the boiling point on copying addons and new keybinds for the 234123th time in windows, I was fed up with that. Made a small tool for myself, which can not only copy keybinds from main account to toons but also addon folders from main to the toons (it will delete the addon folder in the toons interface/addons folder and after that copy the new addon folder from the main). It will not touch or harm the blizzard addon folders and it even has an exclude folder bit if you dont want some addons to be touched. It also will not touch setting folders for your addons.

if anybody is interested then ill just add it somewhere on the interwebs so more can use it, if anybody wants it i can just add the (delphi) project so you can tinker with it for yourself or check the code if you should not trust me.
