Default Macros stored server side - Anyone has issues?

    Hello,

So here's what happens to me:

On computer1 after patch I write up/update all my macros and keybindings - everything ok
On computer2, after doing it in computer1, I log a toon, in this computer there is already a wtf folder regarding that toon - bad thing, it messes up macros and bindings, not even sure if it keeps the old or just mixes everything up

What I did to solve the problem: before logging a toon that is ok, I delete wtf folder.

Thing is, will I have to do it everytime I log a toon in a computer that already has a wtf file for it?

Is this just happening to me?

    Thank you for any help.
    Cheers

You could try Maul's Macaroon addon. Its an actionbar replacement and happens to keep all macros local.

It's really slick if you haven't already looked into it.

I know wow attempts to import your game macros everytime you start - so if there is a wtf folder with macros in it - its gonna try to import - what I didnt know was that server side was copied down to the local machine - i dont understand why your macros keep coming back from the server. Is this what's happening?

In fact, if I don't clear WTF when I switch computer, he'll export local into server. If it's the same content, np if it's not it reverts what's stored in server to local.
And yes, it's great that it still keeps macros local, I'd rather copy the file into another toon's folder for most macros. At least that's the best way I know of .
