Default Link Main pc laptop screens?

My graphics card (8600 GT i believe) allows for dual-screens. The thing is, my laptop screen is about half the size of my main screen, however my main screen doesnt have enough room to support 3 characters comfortably. Does anyone have any experience linking two screens of different sizes?

Are you talking about using your laptop as a screen for your desktop? You can't do it directly, but you can use a program called synergy, or octopus to control both computers with a single mouse/KB. You still have to run the software on each of the computers, but you control them seamlessly as if it were truely one computer with 2+ screens. Or, you could try hooking the LCD to your laptop and running everything from the laptop, but the computer might not be strong enough to run em all.

I was talking simply about using my laptop as a dual moniter.

... but now that you mention it, it might smart to have 1 or 2 of
my smaller 800 x 600 clones on that computer and have the rest on my main

I run 2 on my main seamlessley, with 3 slowing it down in large battles in AV.
My laptop has a sucky standard laptop graphics card, and slow 2gb of ram.

Will I need to purchase another keyclone? If so, no biggie.. im going to have to look
    into keyclone linking
