I use something that was part of cosmosui, called party casting bars. It's very simple, as that's all it does. No setup required that I'm aware of. The only downside to it is that it has some dependencies on part of the cosmos suite like khaos and sea and some other stuff, so you have to install and enable those also in order for the addon to work; but it does the job.
