Any easy guides on how to set it up to have a mage follow and nuke? Best specc for the mage? etcetera?

I do this all the time. Mage, Priest, Warrior. Just get the mage to assist your tank. I set a different set of keys for the mage movement so I can adjust the direction that that mage faces. I spec the mage Arcane. Using Arcane Missiles as your main nuke spell helps it to stay facing the target. While channeling the spell, your mage will auto-face the target if the target moves. Over nuking with a mage is bad voodoo.
