You will need to tag mobs that are L62+ (minimum green con to L70) in order to earn full XP in this way. Or use pets.

this ..... the mob that the lowbie tags has to be green to the high lvl char for the lowbie to get full xp

So from the above statement. So just to confirm, If I head straight to Zangamarsh and tag mobs with my lowbie and burn them down with my 4 x 70's I will get full XP for the kill on my lowbie?
