Video performance issue post 3.0.2

I know there was a thread about a week to 10 days ago about poor fps after the 3.0.2 patch. I've searched using various key words but am not finding the information or thread that I thought I had read.

I'm in need of some help myself. I've not been back to shat since the patch because I've been in HF and Zangar questing. Before the patch I could roam freely with 0 issues. Now I can't even move 1 let alone 5 around.

My setup is as follows: 3ghz Quad Core, XFX motherboard with 4gb's of 1600DDR3 ram and a 1gb video card and Windows XP. Like I said before, pre-patch perfect, post-patch not-so-perfect.

Please help.

The memory requirements jump up a lil but it shouldnt affect yeh.

What might of happened is all yer graphics setting got reset?
