Yes, SCT and SCTD are working with the new patch. I am currently using it

If you want to get SCTD set up, here's the post to the code. And all you need to get is SCT and SCTD. It's super easy to set up. But just so ya know, SCT and SCTD options aren't updated (at least not on mine) so I have them disabled.

Confirmed. Still works like it did pre-patch, though I did update SCT Options and SCTD Options and they're both working fine for me.
