if you're just turning it off on one wow window and you have multiple windows open, it will keep the setting of the last window that closes i BELIEVE (someone correct me if i'm wrong.) So you could open just one window and change it, then close that window and open them all back up.

yes i have done that..still to no avail...

might have to be stuck with this horrible lag..until..60
then go down to 3 for my next set of RAF...
