Let me tell you what I think. I have been multiboxing for over 8 years now. I started way back when before keyclone when I played Everquest. It was basicly called 2 boxing then you actually had to run 2 computers at the same time it was very challenging but a great sence of acomplishment.

When I started playing WOW last year I was 2 boxing the old fashion way. Wilbur turned me on to Keyclone thru another forum that we both frequent.

I took that program and read all the forums and made it work for me. I wont say it was easy it was a lot of trial and error some very comical. I did some crazy stuff with my 2 Hunters but in hine site I would not want it any other way.

My two Hunter are now known thruout the server. It's Awesome!!! When I enter a zone ppl yell " The Twins are in The Zone"

Dont miss out on that great feeling of acomplishment that could be yours. We will be here for support but do it yourself. If you can read these forums you can set up Keyclone.

Trust me You will be happy that you did.

    Sorry to be honest but

If you don't have time to figure it out yourself, you won't have time to multiboxer, especially not level them all.

Step 1: figure out how to not get power surges

    step 2: keyclone ( x 5)

    step 3: good interweb connection

step 4: 5 x shammans with first 4 letters similar, last 4 different

    step 5: ??

    step 6: profit.

5 chars? You can do that with 2 computers, easy. My "main" holds 2, flawlessly. Im going to be adding my laptop into the mix to hold one more, possibly one more for kicks.
First off...I'm glad someone stood up and said WTF to Bot, the guy saying I want to bot. Just an FYI, it's taking every bit of strength not to flame him but I won't.

    1) Power surges? No problem I'll dedicate each tower to a separate outlet. Shouldn't be a problem, 2 towers?

    2) Keyclone whatever that's the point of paying someone to set it up. Do it and explain to me what buttons to push, simple. When it breaks I'll call you again, service call and/or warranty depending how payment agreement goes

    3) Internet connection?? What does this have to do with "if you don't have time to learn for yourself, you don't have time to multibox" i don't get it. And of course I have cable internet, duh.

    4) Again, what does this have to do....I don't get it...

    5) ???

    6) Exactly the goal. I wanna be able to log on and have it all set up ready to go for me.

Nice story, sounds like fun =)

So you're basically saying keyclone is all it takes to link accounts together? But there's so much craziness like switches so if 1 character dies, etc..Makes my head hurt!

Bottom line is that, for those of you who are suggesting that he should set it up for himself because it was more fun for you... thats exactly the point. It was more fun for you.

For this gentleman, he obviously is not interested in doing the setup. He just wants the end result. We live in a world of specialists, I see no problem with it.

He doesnt share some of your values and thats OK.

In most things I can relate.

Good luck in getting someone to help you set it up sir.

Boots, there is no connection between illegally buying characters/accounts and wishing to pay for advice. Consulting happens in the real world. I suggest you get your head out of the sand and think about it the next time you insinuate someone should break the ToU/Eula -- even in joke -- on a forum that has VERY clear rules on suggesting or discussing non-compliant practices.

    This is getting ridiculous.

This is the newbie forum. People go here for help.
The OP has not broken any rules. Several others in this thread have been breaking the rules by harassing him.

People have different values, likes, and dislikes. Many of us value the experience of setting up software/hardware/macros/UI tweaks/etc. That doesn't mean everyone does, and that does not give you the right to make baseless claims about who will and won't be successful or have fun. The OP has broken no rules. He has asked for no "free" time from others.

Some of us value our time over a nominal consulting fee. Some of us have more time than others. Some of us have better jobs than others.

If I see ONE more person mocking the OP, you are going to see your biased little butt booted from the forum.

Be nice or GTFO. Yes, that's a forum rule.

Be Nice (Includes you wilbur ) be nice to each other and respect the authority of Moderators and specialist staff.

He doesn't need to find someone, he already has.

i wasnt trying to mock the op. my first post was a legitimate question. my second post was pointing out an error. and in my third post i was just pointing out the correlation between the two things. both botting and paying someone to setup multiboxing for you are getting to the end result without putting in the effort. i dont care if no one thinks so but there is a similarity there. again i said good luck and i meant it i just thought it was funny. i am indeed sorry to have offended anyone. if he was talking to me in real life it would have come across as a joke but since my text cant convey tone or emotion very well i just came across as a dick i suppose.
