Do account transfers, without changing servers, consume the 30 day cooldown?
For some reason I thought with 2 veteran accounts I'd be able to boost 4 and then gift another to be able to play all 5... but since the gifted one is on the vet's account, it'd just replace one of the ones I just boosted and I'd still only be able to play 4 at once.. hence the gifted one needs to move to another account.

It did for me, i transfered a warlock over for RAF gifting but could not move it back right away

I had to make a spread sheet with all my accounts and toons to be able to track who was gifting what and who needed to be moved and when. It sounds kind of OCD (and it is) but it will keep me from making mistakes while I am doing it.
I did the same thing, it makes sense when you have 25+ alts to worry about.

I wish I had done this, it came back to bite me in the ass. One team I was leveling has all 60s and one 55, because I ran out of RAF levels grants and don't know why. Sigh, who wants to solo for 5 levels? Ugh.
* I have 6 accounts to play on (all in my name, 4 mine 2 are 1 each minor child I have toons on). I only had two Linked RAF accounts.
I completed all of my moves yesterday and all but my lock team is now at 60. My biggest issue was I had had 3 toons on my new account that got to 31 then had to move to the vet account to be granted to 60. What to do with those levels they had to grant. I ended up a with an extra 26 warlock that will probably never get higher Because I have a 31 lock on the vet account that will be gifted to 60 and moved and 2 locks that are going to be boosted to 60 together (1 will grant the 31). I could rotate all 3 locks on the vet account with and try to gift the 26 and 31 to 60 after getting them both to 45. But that would require some creative switching in and out to keep them all in range of the 1 new account lock.
Confused? Me too, because I didn't draw it up on my spreadsheat because it was a last second decision to do it at all. /le sigh.
Screw it I will draw up my plan here.

The 2 20s were planned to get to 60 together and grant 29 levels to the 31 lock. The 26 lock was the after thought.
If I can get one of them to 45 and one of them to 46, the pair to 60 I am good. I plan to boost through SM, I can do some rotating and probably get them all to 40ish maybe 45 at about the same level. I can also quest, 3 seperate times (uggg) but rotate them in for turnins with the New acct present for the 3x XP. I could handle that, could also use another 60 just to help kills since they will not have the 3x kill bonus anyway. If I drag the New guy with each one, he could get out of range too fast on killing XP.
Or I can go with my orginal plan and just have 3 locks. With RAF ending on Nov 4th, and RL stuff on at least 1 day of both weekends I might just have to resign my self to those level being basically wasted.
