Arcane Mage castsequence

I spec my 3 mages full arcane. I wanted to try out all the instant cast stuff and so far its pretty good.

My current cast sequence order is arcane barrage, ice lance, ice lance, fire blast. After this your arcane barrage should be back up to repeat the process. Everthing is instant cast so you can run around spamming it. There is a talent that increases the speed of your arcane missles. Its pretty cool and you can put out some major dps with the missles. Just be sure to hit follow again cause it stops you from following. With full arcane you will have POM so you can do a POM fireball then start spamming your instant cast attacks. So far I really love the ability to constanly run around and spam damage. Casting as a mage always seemed to get me killed boxing.

I changed the macro some.

Interesting, I'll have to look into that. Been 3 boxing some arcane mages myself, currently my spell rotation has been arcane blast, fire blast. That usually does the trick, if not I just ae the mob when it nears me.

Did they fix the minor issue of having to hit your pom - spell macro twice when you're moving? Depending on your lag/ui refresh, it'll try to cast the spell at the exact time the PoM is put up, usually the PoM isn't fully registered and results in your spell not casting because you're moving.

i'm actually building a 5*mage setup. (level 35 right now, i just make them because of the raf bug who let my others setup stuck at level 60)
I think i will take arcane barage but omg i will miss so much the 5 blast wave bump spell on round robin.

Anyway, it will be fun with Mirror image.
