I'm hoping this gets fixed as well.

Before RAF I had 5 accounts. To boost some toons, I closed two accounts and transferred some the toons off those accounts to my other 3 accounts. Afterwards I leveled 2 groups of 4 to 60 and will have a third group to 60 tomorrow (assuming maintenance doesn't kill my server moreso than it already has been -- Stormrage). I haven't granted a single level yet meaning I would theortically have 174 levels to grant (6 x 29) but that's assuming they get the problem fixed.

If they don't fix the problem, I'm not sure what I'll do but that was a good bit of time and money invested with the explicit intent of being able to grant a couple toons to 60.
