How are you configuring maximizer with a 22" LCD@1680x1050 for 5 windows?
So I have a new 22" LCD and have a GeForce 9800GT arriving tomorrow. Right now I run 1 wow window at 1152x864 and the other 4 windows behind it at 800x600 each. Was thinking that now I might be able to run all 4 visible at once. Is there a recommended resolution to run 4 small clone windows on the right side of my screen vertically? Not sure what the res would be, 320x240? And then the main window size would be 1280x960 or something? Just curious. Its quite possible having the other 4 windows visible will annoy the crap out of me (I like them hidden) so we'll see
Alternatively, since PiP switches much faster when everything is running at the same res - would it be a good idea (or even feasible) to have all 5 windows sitting directly on top of each other at 1280x1024? Might be too taxing on the video card I think but that would allow instant PiP switches at least.
