Did it 18 times last night. Got some rings for my 4 blue 70s, but no sword, no helm, and no mount. Rings, over 9000 of them.
i must have made 25/30 kills so far, both on my team and with some friends. these arent exact values, just what i remember:
1 epic mount
around 10 brooms
5 pets
3 cloth heads (the ones needed for the achievement along with the mini pet)
1 plate helm
1 sword
Did it another 20 times last night, got

Was surprised, thought the sword was much more common since we got it about 5 out of 10 kills on the first day. A lot of people have been farming it in my guild, so far no one else has the mount. I think I'll keep trying for it on my pally, would go well with the helm =p
Massive farming session tonight with everyone bringing atls in. Lots of brooms, 1 pet, many many many rings (at the end there were headless burning bodies everywhere), 3 cloth heads, no helm, no sword and no horse. So far I have seen the helm drop three times, 1 sword, 2 pets, lots of brooms and cloth heads and no horse.
How are you guys farming him, I just get a group of people together and keep doing the summon daily until everyone and their alts are unable to do the daily quest to summon him any more (1 summon per person times how ever many people and their alts). Is this the only way to farm him (keep summoning him as part of the daily) or is their some sort of reset where you can summon him more times?
I believe there is only one broom and it scales to your level and mount training. For example, I can use the blue broom anywhere in the WoW world including as an epic ground mount or epic flying mount.
No reset unfortunately. You get one shot per toon per day as far as I know.

There is two brooms, 1 that moves at walking speed which you get from trickle treat/handful of candy and the other one which is from HH which moves at what ever your riding skill is. So that one for my two 70 is an epic land mount and an epic flight mount with a an instance cast mount speed.
There is a 1 time quest also to summon him. For horde it's in brill ... when the pumpkin spawns after the fires are put out you loot a candle from the pumpkin, give it to the orphaned matron child, child gives you a quest to summon the HH. You can do this one only once, but you can do it in addition to your normal daily summon on the same day.

I didn't know they nerfed the "raiding" of the horseman, sorry Prepared, guess you will have to do it with 5!
