I know the end of Season 4 is over and I could really care less about rating but...

W T F ! is up with RET Pallies?????

if they dont hot fix this crap soon, Im rolling a quadbox. They do absolutely nothing special and my toons, each one of them, go from full health to zero in a matter of hundredths of a second.

Honestly I think the blizzard makes gear less necessary before they roll out an expansion so the majority of players can feel like they have a chance again and will buy their next product. Which Im all for, cause GOD knows I need people to beat but...if you dont think RET Pallies have broken the game explain why in the 2k 5v5 bracket I have NEVER seen more than 2 on Pallies (Holy and Ret) on one team, but in one week its impossible to beat any team and they all have 3-4 pallies per team.

Just dont see the point of resilience, gear, or skill for that matter. This Patch is clearly unbalanced at 70. I feel like im in the twink 19 bracket.

1. Ret paladins burst is getting nerfed but not the overall damage.
2. Resillience is bugged atm even if it say you have 450 you actually have something from 0-100.

So chill out the seson is over anway and since you had 2100 rating i would assume you have the S4 gear anyway?

Very true there I go in to the BG's amd ive got a ret nub targeted *BANG * he bubbles then dps's me while still in bubble i cant out heal him atm due to the lack of health i go from 100% to 30% dead wtf

Lol :P some people have to much!! I played my friends ret paladin wich has S1 gear.. Well this was pre patch 3.0 and the rate that he destroy low resilliene targets is insane.

I got super lucky on my main team earlier in the week, we actually maintained our rating ( went 8-2 ) but we knew we got lucky in the teams and were smart enough to let up. This was only at 1800ish rating. I ran my games on my new orc team ( moderate gear 250ish resil should do ok plus they are only 1500ish) and we got DESCIMATED, the lag in arena right now is simply unplayable on the cyclone bg. Turning chars has a 4-5 sec delay which makes any melee nearly impossible to kill aside from a good nova+TS combo and I seem to have a 3-4 sec gcd as well. Add in the fact everyteam we fought had s3 or better shoulders ( ran into the good ole 5 ret pally team once ) and it was an absolute nightmare. I'm not touching arenas until the lag is fixed. Anyone else experiencing heavy lag in their arenas?

ret palas are fine for lvl 80, we got a REALLY high burst dmg for ppl at lvl 70... Im glad that my pala is gonna be prot in wotlk, cuz blizz will nerf ret like mad ...

I think that's why retadins are lashing out so violently to criticism. They're pissed because they've been underbalanced so long, and now Blizzard has gone and made them overbalanced at the one time where it doesn't matter and will guarantee that public outcry will be rampant enough for Blizz to justify nerfing them back to compensate. Then, after levelling to 80, where their damage was balanced, they'll be underpowered and unviable again.

They're getting one month to bask in glory before they go back to the daily "try to prove yourself 24/7" grind.
