Raf Question

What is a better option for Raf.

I will be playing some trial accounts first off to get macros and such set up before I start the raf trial accounts so I have the least wasted time in the 3 months.

I will be eventully twinking a loc or hunter team for the 39 bracket.

So with the first two weeks of the free trial is it better to just mess around, or go straight to the first team you will be leveling in Raf. Considering that you will not be getting gift levels for the trial period,
would it be better to start a team that you later on will start playing, ie twink team, or team you would like but will be on the back burner while leveling other teams. Or start out with the first team your going to play once you Raf the accounts (put the game cards on the accounts and go from the trial)

I know I am able to level 2 toons regularly in 2 weeks (actull weeks, not played time) to 20.
