Default FTL system experts, please help with dynamic group compositions or else brainstorm solution

So after spending the last 3 days reading through various the posts and wiki, I finally got the FTL system working, but with one sort of problem.

I'm sure that with the new RAF rewards, there are many of us running around with multiple teams of various classes. My question is, is there a way of changing the makeup of your group dynamically without having to change too many of your macros & keymaps? For example, I'm running a 4 druid team at the moment, but what if I want to sub in say a mage just for one or two sessions? Is there a way to do this without having to rearrange all the other team member's macros?

I read from another thread that maybe using a /click actionbutton method will let you make 2 separate macros, and just drag the appropriate macro to the hotkeyed slot, but after trying to search through the forum and reading through the wiki, I was unable to find a tutorial on how to setup the /click actionbutton for the FTL system for people that want to swap in different characters for their teams constantly. Is there such a guide already written?

If the /click actionbutton method wont work, I was trying to come up with some workaround and this is what I've come up with so far:

    - instead of being super specific with each character's keymap, I was very generic. (so instead of doing a ctrl + shift + ] --> LBAT for example, i would do something like ctrl + shift + ] --> account3.primary.nuke) this way I can just drag similar skills and put them in the same slots and have them all shoot off their corresponding skills such as fireball/starfire/shadowbolt/smite etc)

    - the problem I'm running into is that I cant think of how to write a macro that will reliably reference the same character without using the character's name directly. party1 and such ids can change depending on who is in group, and using a focus slows down the fluidity of changing between alts that is one of the pros of using the FTL system.

any thoughts? or has a solution already been made of which I am not aware? Thanks in advance to any who can help, and have a nice weekend!

I posted my generic setup using /click here. You can ignore the target-and-hold stuff for a normal FTL system (unless you want it) =P.

    Target-and-Hold, Focusless, Leaderless

ty zorba. looking at your setup now and will try to adapt it. thanks!

and @fur, ty for the suggestion, but using focus still doesnt help the alts switch to following the current active main because the follow macro for that system references the toons by name. and if I were to have the toons follow the focus, it still isnt as fluid as the current system where you can just click on the new screen and the alts will follow automatically when you push the follow macro. ty for the feedback though.
