Move and scale blizz frames

Anyone know of a decent addon that would let me move and/or scale blizz frames (eg. bags, questlog, spellbook, etc.)?

There used to be an addon called

Moveanything or something like it each frame in wow has a formal name and when you open the mod it has a list of the window names, you just unlock the one you wan to move, drag it around and relock it

heres the out of date one you can try or if someone has experience can maybe mess with it and get it working
