I got completely wrecked in the beginning (only using pvp blues, and now the honor shield)... You need to learn to adapt, earthbind kite, AND HEAL HEAL HEAL.. Healing yourself really early is huge.. It's definately alot differant than before but remember, your not geared, and alot of geared players are returning for the patch.. Thus you see a huge increase in difficulty
