Your paladin is a caster... why split them up. We just fight the shade in his room. When he pulls you in to aoe i just hit my forward button on everyone and get out of aoe range. If we have a priest i tell them to mass dispell before they run (not required).

When I pug Kara this is what I do:

group 1 = me 5 shamans (ele) ... Could always make one a healer if I can't pug 2 healers.
Group 2 = 1 tank, 2 healers, my g/f's mage + 1 pug dps (normally i get a rogue or hunter / fury warrior) this way we can kill the magic immune mobs easily.

I'm working on my Paladin / Boonkin / Shadow priest... meaning I'd 8 box + g/f on her 1 I could just snag a tank or healer and go.

When I run Kara we clear everything but Netherspite, last weekend we had 2 tanks so we tried it. It was late and a sloppy pull so we wiped and called it a night.

The Run Down:

Tank n Spank
I usually bring a paladin tank for salv + tanking ( with patch isn't required)
I was stacking Salv + Tranquil air totem so threat wasn't ever an issue.

--Moroes--
Have the tank pickup agro on Moroes, drop 2 earth and 3 fire eles to help out on adds.
Pop Heroism/Bloodlust burst healer adds down first, then other adds, then moroes. (this fight is easymode Moroes dies in <1min).

--Maiden--
You could spread out before the fight, but I just have the non-box'd people go to the north end and spread out, and I stay south and do a semi circle.
Keep down Grounding totems then Burst the Bitch down Easy tank n Spank.

BBW tank n spank hope you don't become little red riding hood. Agro isn't an issue here just go nuts on the guy, i've yet to be turned into little red my luck is crazy.

Wiz of Oz - Have the tank pickup agro on everything... Nuke Dorthy down first, but maintain flame shocks on Strawman. I really don't have a kill order here other than Dorthy. Last time it was Dorthy > Roar > Strawman (i made sure i kept FS on him) and then whatever else was left.

Romeo + Juliet: Haven't had this event yet, but it shouldn't be too bad.

Use a /target demonic chains macro and fire elementals for his adds... then just burst him down and then his imp buddy.

--Shade --
Avoid Blizz, kill elementals, don't move in flame wreath, and make sure you are using move forwad on all and not auto follow to get out of the aoe. ( I rotate shocks to interrupt him totally optional).

--Curator--
I focus on adds let my raid do most of the dps, and then once he evocates i go nuts on him, we can drop him on the first Evocate. Inbetween adds I throw a lightning bolt or 2 pre-evocation.

Just make sure you have a strafe all left and strafe all right button bound to avoid the scorched earth. Then pretty standard tank and spank... Then I use Cl/Firenova on adds and we all move up as a group and clump up.

--- Prince --
Hope you get lucky on the infernal drops, makes it pretty easy if you don't have to move. If you get shitty drops just move and then continue bursting him down.
