not sure about the post but I run that setup

from 1-70 i had only a few healing macros

1 each for lesser healing wave each alt
1 for lesser healing wave from the alts to the main
1 each for chain heal each alt

at 70 with the patch things have gotten more complicated and I have respecced 1 shaman to heal
