using ini file to create Whitelist

I'm using a zboard merc which when in wow changes the - key to 11 which stops me adding it to the whitelist.

What do I need to type into the ini file so it will pass through 11 and ctrl 11?

if it changes the key, then in the whitelist, just hit the key it will be while in the game. if - changes to F11 in the game, try hitting F11 for the whitelist and see if that works
