Q: If I transfer a character holding an account-bound item to a new realm, will I be able to distribute the item to characters on the new realm?
A: Yes. However, please keep in mind that all of the normal transfer and bind-to-account item restrictions apply. Also note that account-bound items will move with a character that is transferred to a different account; all normal rules and restrictions regarding cross-account transfers apply.

Step 1: Get hands on Blizzcon mount code.
Step 2: Redeem Blizzcon mount on all characters on the account.
Step 3: Create alt, level to 10
Step 4: Give Blizzcon bear item to alt.
Step 5: Transfer alt to next account

Repeat steps 2-5 until all characters on all accounts have Blizzcon bears.
