Anyone done the RAF Grant a Level since 3.0?

trying to do some free dings and every toon on the refered accounts are greyed out when trying to ding the vet accounts.... even took a lvl 58 that i know hasn't ding'd anyone b/c i'm still lvl'ing that group and tested it with a lower toon on the vet account... same issue... >.<

anyone else seen this?

All levels gained pre 3.0 were lost. They said they are trying to resolve it.

ahh good to know at least tehy are aware of it hopefully it can be fixed >.< stupid me shoulda known that coulda gone fubar and burned more in case they can't or don't before my raf ends lol oh well time for more grinding thx for the sanity check
