Franchesca, the investigation was concluded on all of your accounts and all unlocked; no action has been taken against them, as the Account Administration team are satisfied that you did not use third party programs in this incident.
Please note that it is standard procedure in the case of account suspension that you would receive a whisper to inform you and be disconnected shortly after this; you would then receive an email to your registered email address with more information.
I do not know what investigations were performed at the time of the incident, only that it was decided your behaviour was suspicious and warranted suspension for investigation. This is standard, to ensure that you were not violating our policies by "botting".
You do pay during the time that you are suspended, but you should not be suspended again unless there is any additional evidence found to suggest you are using third party software.
